Refund Policy

Simple and fair. That's our promise.
1. Subscription Refunds
We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. Here's how refunds work:
- First-time subscribers: Try us for 14 days free. If you cancel during your trial, you pay nothing.
- Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until your next billing date.
- Yearly plans: If you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll refund your full payment. After 30 days, no refunds - but you keep access for the full year you paid for.
2. When We Make Exceptions
Sometimes life happens. We'll consider refunds outside our policy if:
- You accidentally subscribed twice (we'll refund the extra payment)
- Our service was down for an extended period (more than 3 days)
- You have a technical issue we couldn't fix within 7 days
- You were charged after canceling (we'll refund that immediately)
3. How to Request a Refund
Just email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email
- The date you were charged
- Why you want a refund (helps us improve)
We'll respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. What About Paddle?
Paddle processes our payments. If you have issues with a charge, you can also contact them. But honestly, dealing with us directly is faster.
5. Free Trial Details
When you sign up, you get 14 days of premium features for free. We'll email you 3 days before your trial ends. If you don't cancel, we'll start billing you at the end of the trial. Want to keep using the free version? Just cancel before the trial ends - no hard feelings.
6. Failed Payments
If your payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll try again after 3 days. If it still fails, we'll downgrade you to the free plan. You won't lose your data - just premium features until you update your payment info.
7. Cancellation Process
You can cancel anytime from your Profile → Subscription page. No phone calls needed. No "retention specialists" trying to convince you to stay. Just click cancel and you're done.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
Before filing a dispute with your bank, please contact us first. We're reasonable people and we want to make things right. Chargebacks cost us money and time - let's avoid that by talking first.
