By using Expense Tracker, you agree to these terms. We're a simple expense tracking app that helps you manage your money. Nothing fancy, just honest service.

2. What We Offer

We give you tools to track your income and expenses. You can use the free version or upgrade to premium for more features. Either way, we try to keep things simple and straightforward.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account with others unless you want them to see your financial info. If something looks wrong, let us know right away.

4. Payments and Refunds

When you subscribe to a paid plan, we charge you through Paddle (our payment partner). You can cancel anytime from your profile page. We don't offer refunds for partial months - that's just how subscriptions work. But if something's really wrong, reach out and we'll figure it out.

5. What You Can't Do

Don't try to break our app, steal data, or use it for anything illegal. Be a decent human being. That's all we ask.

6. Our Rights

We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules. We can also change these terms if needed - we'll let you know by email or a notice in the app.

7. No Warranty

We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but sometimes things break. We're not responsible if you lose money because of a bug or if our servers go down. Use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages related to your use of Expense Tracker. Your only remedy is to stop using the app.
